STONEY CREEK, ONTARIO, CANADA – I-Cubed announced today the appointment of Casey DiBattista as Vice President. In this role, Casey is responsible for communicating the strategic direction of I-Cubed and its related companies, as well as leading the development and implementation of annual goals, objectives and operating plans. He is also responsible for overall business development, sales, customer satisfaction, risk management and continuous quality improvement. He will play a lead role in managing the company’s technical, financial, information and human capital resources, including I-Cubed’s total commitment to health & safety.
Casey is an innovative thinker and seasoned executive with strong leadership, negotiation and relationship building skills, with a passion for implementing positive change. He comes to I-Cubed with over 30 years of experience in the automation industry including several senior management roles in multinational companies. His relentless pursuit of teamwork, customer satisfaction and strong long term relationships with key stakeholders and customers will accelerate I-Cubed’s rise to the top level of business excellence.
As a board member of the Research Innovation Commercialization Centre since 2009, Casey has played a significant role in rebuilding this organization into an influential voice of the business community in the advanced manufacturing, cleantech and the “Internet of Things” (IoT) business communities. Position Title: Machine Operator/General Labour
Location: Stoney Creek, ON
The Machine Operator (General Labourer) is responsible for setting up and operating production machinery and for performing a broad range of general labour tasks.
Setting up and operating production machinery
Maintaining and cleaning machines before and after use
Delivering raw materials to machine operators
Transporting production parts from one operation to the next
Providing relevant information regarding progress to supervisors
Assisting with shipping, receiving and storekeeping and using a variety of tools and machine such as forklifts and manual material handling equipment
Maintaining the shop areas in a clean, safe and organized manner
Assisting in waste collection, disposal and recycling activities
Other duties as assigned
Conscientious, reliable self-starter
Strong mechanical aptitude
Physical strength, good coordination, and endurance
Good communication skills
2 years’ work experience
