STONEY CREEK, ONTARIO, CANADA – I-Cubed announced today the appointment of Casey DiBattista as Vice President. In this role, Casey is responsible for communicating the strategic direction of I-Cubed and its related companies, as well as leading the development and implementation of annual goals, objectives and operating plans. He is also responsible for overall business development, sales, customer satisfaction, risk management and continuous quality improvement. He will play a lead role in managing the company’s technical, financial, information and human capital resources, including I-Cubed’s total commitment to health & safety.
Casey is an innovative thinker and seasoned executive with strong leadership, negotiation and relationship building skills, with a passion for implementing positive change. He comes to I-Cubed with over 30 years of experience in the automation industry including several senior management roles in multinational companies. His relentless pursuit of teamwork, customer satisfaction and strong long term relationships with key stakeholders and customers will accelerate I-Cubed’s rise to the top level of business excellence.
As a board member of the Research Innovation Commercialization Centre since 2009, Casey has played a significant role in rebuilding this organization into an influential voice of the business community in the advanced manufacturing, cleantech and the “Internet of Things” (IoT) business communities. Position Title: Electrician
Location: Stoney Creek, ON
Summary Description
The Electrician is a key member of the electrical team. This position is required to installs, services and repair wiring, conduits, fixtures and other electrical devices and systems associated with automation machines, installation, and service.
Key Responsibilities
-
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine the layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.

Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, network and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components.

Testing and inspecting electrical circuits
-
Assisting with electrical design
-
Perform on-site installation, servicing and repair for commissioning or warranty work on customer finished products.

Maintain and repair office and plant electrical equipment, including documentation of maintenance plan and schedule
-
Keep abreast and comply with related government regulations and relevant codes and practices.

Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
-
Electrician and/or Electrical Technician certificates
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an industrial environment
-
Good control panel knowledge, conduit, and other cable management hardware skills.

Strong electrical and mechanical assembly skills
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills
-
Confident, self-starter
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Ability to travel in Canada and internationally (must have a valid passport)
