AGRICULTURE APPLICATIONS
Thinking of a productive food system and a healthy environment for future generations, we have launched our latest development in farming system integration A-Cubed (Advanced Agriculture Applications).
The project development started in early 2017 with long conversations and extensive research on the functionality of waterjet in agricultural applications.
Our innovation team began developing a machine using ultra-high pressure waterjet technology one of our company’s core strengths, which can be used for residue cutting, ground cutting, seed delivery, fertilizer application, and advancement of cover crop farming.
After several long trials, we are happy to show our results and share the primary benefits of this new farming system.
Why should you try/use this method?
-
Cutting residue or weed cover on top of the ground
-
Cuts ground and root crowns lowering the need for extreme down pressure to meet seed depth
-
Can lessen the weight of a planter lowering compaction of the ground
-
Well suited for cover crop planting as the waterjet cuts the cover allowing for easy row clearing to making seeding consistent
Benefits versus Industry Standard*
-
Less soil being ripped out with tine
-
Crop residue management
-
Less ground compaction
-
Wider seeding window
-
Stubble management at seeding
-
Advancement of fertilizer application
-
Fewer passes across field
This is a genuine complement to conservation agriculture, which aims to help achieve sustainable and profitable agriculture.
